The process of getting high quality beef means it needs to come from farms that allow their cows to be in a natural environment, with all of our beef being grass fed they are free to roam pastures and live life as a cow should.
When we receive our Grass fed beef it is already quartered but the rest is up to us. We trim and prepare the rest of the meat the way it should be. With a highly skilled butcher and a sharp knife, we want to make sure your meat is as fresh as it can be and this ensures it.
Every Monday morning our butchers begin the process of preparing the cuts of meat you will see in the store, whether it is beef ribs, a juicy rib fillet, or some classic rump steak it has all been prepared by our in-house butchers using traditional methods of cutting or ‘breaking’ the beef. It is then passed on to be trimmed and cut into its specific size.
